Description

Supervising staff within survivor-serving organizations comes with unique challenges and opportunities to cultivate a supportive, resilient team. This webinar will equip supervisors and managers with practical, trauma-informed strategies to support neurodiverse staff, attend to staff well-being, and provide meaningful accommodations. The presenter will review examples and respond to questions submitted in advance and share actionable strategies that strengthen staff support, foster growth, and build team resilience within programs addressing intimate partner violence.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be better able to:

· Consider neurodiversity of staff and ways to be supportive as we work.

· Explore strategies for conducting effective one-on-one meetings, delivering constructive feedback, and balancing accountability while meeting individual needs.

· Navigate supervisory challenges and difficult conversations with clarity, empathy, and fairness.
