DESCRIPTION:Supervising staff within survivor-serving organizations comes w
 ith unique challenges and opportunities to cultivate a supportive\, resili
 ent team. This webinar will equip supervisors and managers with practical\
 , trauma-informed strategies to support neurodiverse staff\, attend to sta
 ff well-being\, and provide meaningful accommodations. The presenter will 
 review examples and respond to questions submitted in advance and share ac
 tionable strategies that strengthen staff support\, foster growth\, and bu
 ild team resilience within programs addressing intimate partner violence.\
 n\n<strong>Learning Objectives</strong>\n\nParticipants will be better abl
 e to:\n\n· Consider ways to be supportive of neurodiverse staff.\n\n· Ex
 plore strategies for conducting effective one-on-one meetings\, delivering
  constructive feedback\, and balancing accountability while meeting indivi
 dual needs.\n\n· Navigate supervisory challenges and difficult conversati
