Futures Without Violence Supporting Organizational Sustainability Institute (SOS Institute), invites senior leaders of organizations serving domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, dating violence, and stalking survivors to participate in the fifth Professional Leadership & Advancement Network (PLAN) Cohort. The PLAN Cohort is a virtual six-week course and ongoing cohort to support leaders of survivor-serving organizations in their role to effectively manage, lead, and strengthen their organization’s infrastructure.
This series offers a blend of expert faculty presentations and one on one technical assistance, peer-to-peer learning, network building, and time to step back and think and plan strategically in a supportive environment. PLAN is an opportunity to engage with other survivor-serving organization leaders across the country and foster leadership skills rooted in the values of the anti-violence movement.

Time:
11:30 am PT / 2:00 pm ET -1:30 pm PT / 4:00 pm ET (90 minutes)Time Commitment:
Participants must be able to commit to weekly 90 minute live virtual sessions and up to an hour of self-paced implementation planning each week.Who May Attend?
This is a cohort for people in senior leadership roles with organizational strategic direction setting responsibility and decision-making authority. Titles/roles may include but are not limited to: Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Programs, Vice President, Director of Programs.Engagement: Live sessions will be very interactive and depend on participant engagement. Participation is expected for all sessions–with an understanding participants may miss up to one live session.
