Description

Advocates are deeply committed to supporting healthy, respectful relationships for survivors—and we want the same in our own work. While we strive for trust and collaboration, we are often not equipped with intentional processes or tools to navigate tension, disagreement, and conflict. Without this clarity, team morale can suffer, retention decreases, creativity can stall, and leaders often feel overwhelmed. This webinar invites leaders to explore how to collaborate with staff in building practical, values-driven approaches to navigating conflict that honor team practices and organizational well-being.

Learning Objectives:

Develop self- and organizational awareness of how tension and disagreement shape team dynamics.

Strengthen understanding of how to build relational and procedural trust to move through conflict productively.

Gain practical tools to foster shared practices of healthy conflict navigation within your teams.
