The Faculty Development Workshop is a 2.5-day training focused on the fundamentals of curriculum design and facilitation. Participants will learn how to:
Conduct needs assessments
Write clear learning objectives
Design engaging and accessible activities
Structure curriculum content effectively
Apply adult learning principles
Address common facilitation challengesThroughout the workshop, participants will work in teams of 2–3 to design a 30-minute curriculum segment. On the final day, each team will present their segment and receive peer feedback.
