Description: The Intimate Partner-Inflicted Brain Injury & Ethical Lawyering Emerging Issues Webinar will educate civil attorneys on best practices for building strong client relationships with, and advocating zealously on behalf of, domestic violence survivors affected by brain injury. Topics will include the client-lawyer relationship, with particular attention paid to effective communication; accommodations both in the office and in court; navigating questions of capacity; and nonlegal advocacy.
