The Brain Injury & Domestic Violence Emerging Issues Webinar will provide civil attorneys with strategies for building relationships with and advocating on behalf of survivors affected by brain injury (BI). Topics will include the prevalence, causes, and short- and long-term effects of BI; recognizing and responding to possible BI in clients; and strategies for communicating with and supporting clients with BI, including during litigation.
