Emerging Issues Webinar: Brain Injury & Domestic Violence

Description: The Brain Injury & Domestic Violence Emerging Issues Webinar will provide civil attorneys with strategies for litigating on behalf of survivors affected by brain injury (BI), with particular attention paid to child custody litigation and evidentiary considerations, including use of expert witnesses. Other topics will include the prevalence, causes, and short- and long-term effects of intimate partner-inflicted BI, as well as recognizing and responding to possible BI in clients.
