Description

Join Ujima, The National Center on Violence Against Women in the Black Community, and Coroner Naida Rutherford to discuss the purpose and significance of death certification. This training will explain how death certificates are used in vital statistics and public health, legal and ethical considerations, the role of autopsy and external examinations, and highlight the importance of the timely and accurate cause of death determination in public health and research related to domestic violence deaths.
