The Center for Justice Innovation and its partners invite court leaders to participate in the upcoming national workshop: A Blueprint for Success: Designing and Facilitating Effective Court-Based Education in Denver, Colorado on August 19th and 20th, 2025. This is a two-day Train-the-Trainer workshop designed for teams dedicated to improving the quality and effectiveness of educational programs within the judicial system.As a result of this workshop, participants will:
- Understand the critical steps in developing impactful training programs.
- Learn how to align training objectives with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Discover techniques for creating engaging and effective educational programs tailored for adult learners.
- Identify and overcome common facilitation challenges through proven techniques.
- Participate in hands-on exercises to apply adult learning principles and refine facilitation skills.
