  leaders to participate in the upcoming national workshop: A Blueprint for
  Success: Designing and Facilitating Effective Court-Based Education in De
 nver\, Colorado on August 19th and 20th\, 2025. This is a two-day Train-th
 e-Trainer workshop designed for teams dedicated to improving the quality a
 nd effectiveness of educational programs within the judicial system.As a r
 esult of this workshop\, participants will: Understand the critical steps 
 in developing impactful training programs\; Learn how to align training ob
 jectives with organizational goals and learner needs\; Discover techniques
  for creating engaging and effective educational programs tailored for adu
 lt learners\; Identify and overcome common facilitation challenges through
  proven techniques\; and participate in hands-on exercises to apply adult 
 learning principles and refine facilitation skills.
