Pasifika Project Peer Networking Session #2: Community Perspectives & Peer Learning
- Description
-
Join us for a Pasifika Project Peer Networking Session led by Pouhana O Nā Wāhine in partnership with API-GBV. Open to advocates, service providers, community leaders, and systems partners serving or planning to serve survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (NHPI) communities, this session centers community perspectives and peer learning across organizations and regions.
Participants will reflect on what they are hearing from survivors and communities, explore shared patterns and challenges, and exchange ideas for strengthening culturally responsive support for NHPI survivors.
The session includes a guest presentation by Maegan Bradshaw and Joy Ingram from Resilience for Advocates through Foundational Training (RAFT), who will share tools and strategies to support advocate well-being and organizational sustainability, followed by peer exchange and discussion.
