Interpretation Technical Assistance Resource Center
The Interpretation Technical Assistance Center (ITARC) provides training and technical assistance to OVW grantees, subgrantees, and potential grantees and subgrantees on increasing and strengthening meaningful language access to persons with limited English proficiency experiencing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

This project builds the capacity of Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) advocacy organizations and victim service providers to serve victims of domestic violence and sexual assault from MENA communities by identifying domestic violence and sexual assault dynamics and trends, strengthening services for marginalized and/or newly arrived MENA ethnic groups, and enhancing the accessibility of services for MENA victims with limited English proficiency (LEP).
