This webinar series highlights skills and techniques that attendees can incorporate into their facilitation of abusive partner intervention programs (APIPs). The series also emphasizes the importance of providing training and ongoing support to facilitators. The first webinar will highlight ways to practice mindful facilitation in abusive partner intervention programs. Faculty will describe strategies and techniques to effectively manage group dynamics and share best practices for co-facilitation. The second webinar will focus on how program administrators and leadership can best train and support facilitators. Faculty will discuss the importance of observing groups and tools for providing facilitator feedback. Further, faculty will highlight best practices to prepare for and debrief group sessions. Lastly, faculty will discuss practices to incorporate into both individual and group supervision for facilitators.
