National Institute of the Prosecution of Elder Abuse (NIPEA)

End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin, through its project, the National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life (NCALL), convenes the National Institute for the Prosecution of Elder Abuse and provides technical assistance to prosecutors on prosecuting cases of abuse in later life, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, neglect, abandonment, economic abuse, or willful harm committed against victims who are 50 years of age or older.
