U and T Visa Certification: Strengthening Law Enforcement and Prosecution Agency Assistance to Immigrant Survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence, Stalking and Trafficking
This project provides training and technical assistance to law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and systems-based victim advocates on U and T Visa programs, certifications, and language access best practices to assist marginalized and traditionally underserved immigrant and limited English proficient (LEP) survivors.

This project provides training and technical assistance to victim advocates, attorneys, law enforcement, prosecutors, law school clinics, state court judges and court staff, and shelter and housing program staff on strengthening their knowledge and capacity to serve immigrant and limited English proficient (LEP) survivors experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault.
