Activating Change collaborates with the Autistic Self Advocacy Network to implement the Accessing Safety Initiative project. This project provides basic and intermediate training and technical assistance to grantees of the OVW Training and Services to End Violence and Abuse Against Individuals with Disabilities and Deaf People program on serving survivors with disabilities and deaf survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

The Disability and Deaf Resource Center provides training and technical assistance to increase awareness of the needs of survivors with disabilities and deaf survivors, provide resources and training on effectively addressing these needs, and improve victim services and criminal justice responses for survivors with disabilities and deaf survivors.

Activating Change collaborates with DeafHope and DAWN in the Deaf Action Initiative to provide culturally and linguistically specific training and technical assistance to deaf anti-violence programs across the United States through the Deaf Action Initiative project. This project increases the capacity of deaf anti-violence programs to effectively address sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
