Description

The National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Protection Order File (POF) contains information on court orders issued to prevent acts of domestic violence against individuals or to prevent stalking, intimidation, or harassment. This webinar will provide an overview of the NCIC POF, examining its contents and detailing how Criminal Justice Agencies across the United States and its territories can use it effectively. Participants in this webinar will gain an understanding of the NCIC POF and the critical importance of entering protection orders into the system.
