Description

This 40-hour “litigation bootcamp” is held onsite at the University of Wisconsin Law School for students who have successfully completed the 200 hour/20 week online course in Tribal Court Legal Advocacy.  Students will practice litigation skills necessary to represent victims in domestic violence protection orders and as victim rights representatives in criminal cases in a moot court setting before Tribal court judges, live witnesses, and opposing counsel.
