Description

This 32-hour “litigation bootcamp” is held onsite at the University of Wisconsin Law School for students who have successfully completed the 70 hour/7 week online course in Advanced Tribal Court Legal Advocacy.  Students will practice litigation skills necessary to represent domestic violence victims in divorce, custody, visitation, support and appellate practice in a moot court setting before Tribal court judges, live witnesses, and opposing counsel.
