Description

Strong financial practices help nonprofits stay sustainable and focused on their mission. This workshop will walk participants through the basics of nonprofit financial administration in a simple and practical way. From creating a clear and realistic budget to making sure grant funds are tracked and reported correctly, we’ll cover tools and practices that support both day-to-day operations and long-term stability.
