Listen, Learn, and Launch! is a regional peer learning opportunity that brings together domestic violence victim service providers (VSPs) and State Coalitions for a critical conversation on expanding access to safe housing for survivors. This regional convening invites programs and participants from multiple states who are committed to strengthening their capacity to prioritize housing solutions. The experience is designed to foster connection, build shared understanding, and support collaborative learning to advance safe, stable housing options for survivors.
Goals:1. Bring together Victim Service Providers (VSPs) and State Coalitions to exchange knowledge, insights, and experiences to support the changing landscape of housing services for survivors of domestic violence.
2. Identify a range of safe housing approaches and strategies that are responsive to the unique needs of survivors.
3. Improve shared understanding of safe housing best practices to strengthen performance measures and support survivors in maintaining stable housing.
Geographic Focus: Midwest Region, specifically: MO, KS, NE, IA, ND, SD, and MN
Time & Location: This two-part series will take place virtually on September 16 and November 5 from 9am – 11am PT / 11:00 am – 1:00 pm CT.
