Description

Following an incident of sexual or dating violence, young survivors often struggle at school – academically, socially, and behaviorally. This webinar for civil attorneys and legal advocates will explore the legal options available to survivors in elementary school, middle school, and high school. The webinar will preview VRLC’s new Youth in Education Settings Legal Services Project aimed at providing training, technical assistance, and resources for civil attorneys and legal advocates who work with youth DVSAS survivors (ages 11 to 22) on legal issues that arise in K-12 educational settings.
