This training series explores how organizational leaders can promote both social change and wellness as part of their programming and operations. We will consider the pressures that cause programs to move away from social change and explore how to counter those pressures to benefit the organization, survivors, and our communities. A particular focus will be considering how advocacy programs can establish practices that build change from within, including ways to support advocate sustainability and promote staff well-being. This is a national training series designed for managers, supervisors, and directors of anti-violence organizations (session 2 of 4). Sessions 3-4 will be on 3-6-25 and 3-13-25.
