Description

This webinar will discuss promising practices for representing immigrant survivors in removal proceedings. Presenters will discuss the latest policies, including relevant EOIR directives and policy memoranda, as well as the 2024 EOIR regulations. Through hypotheticals, presenters will teach attendees how to harness statutes, caselaw, and EOIR regulations to seek favorable outcomes for immigrant survivors.
