The work to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, teen dating violence, and stalking exacts a high cost on advocates. Engaging in a variety of intentional creative practices can help advocates learn new skills to support survivors and prevent advocate burnout.
We invite you to join us for a facilitated virtual writing circle to learn practices to use in our work with survivors. Together, we will tap into our creative minds and find strength in sharing stories. You don’t need to see yourself as a writer– all are welcome. In this interactive session, participants will explore writing strategies that enhance survivor wellbeing and foster advocate resiliency.
