Description

Drop-In for Crafting Engaging Agendas
Effective agendas don’t just keep meetings on track, they make them better. This interactive workshop focuses on how to design agendas that are purposeful, responsive to real needs, and clearly tied to what you want participants to walk away knowing or able to do. Participants will learn a simple, repeatable process for developing agendas that support productive meetings and engaging workshops of all sizes. The session will also explore why drafting an agenda, even for meetings that feel informal or routine , can dramatically improve clarity, efficiency, and outcomes. The workshop includes guided practice using an Agenda Development Worksheet, a practical tool participants can readily use or adapt. Attendees will leave with concrete strategies and resources to create more meaningful and attainable results.
