Designing a program to respond to domestic and/or sexual violence can be daunting. There are so many questions. Where do we start? How do we know what the need is? How do we know what activities to include? This two-part webinar will help answer those questions and many more. This session will discuss ways to learn about the needs of survivors and how to sue that information to guide you in your program development. It will also cover community mapping. An important process to learn about what exists in the community and what might be missing in the response to domestic and sexual violence. This session will also discuss how to develop a guiding vision to use as a lens for how the program is developed. And will also walk through developing the scope of the program to ensure there are adequate resources for those the program will work with.
