Sanctuary for Families presents a CSW 69 side event, “Beyond Borders, Strengthening the Hague Convention for Domestic Violence Survivors.” This global panel of experts will examine how the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction can endanger domestic violence survivors and their children. Panelists will explore innovative solutions and best practices to protect families fleeing abuse across international borders.
