National Domestic Violence Fatality Review Initiative (NDVFRI)

Summary

ABOR for and on behalf of Northern Arizona University will provide training and technical assistance to law enforcement officers, prosecutors, shelter/domestic violence center staff, court personnel, and others involved in the lives of domestic violence victims and perpetrators of homicide through the National Domestic Violence Fatality Review Initiative (NDVFRI). NDVFRI works closely with fatality review teams, OVW grantees, and coordinated community response teams to provide technical assistance that assists communities in promoting or enhancing strategies to address homicide prevention and reduce violence against women.
