Description

Eviction filings can haunt tenants for years and cause great difficulty in finding safe and stable housing. Survivors are at increased risk of evictions due to discrimination related to familial make-up, action of the harm-doer, racial inequities and nuisance ordinances. Join the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) to learn more about how they are assisting survivors with eviction expungement. Eviction expungement is an important strategy to implement in providing survivors with additional opportunities in finding and stabilizing their housing.
