The TA2TA Resource Center can provide a range of meeting support technical assistance in the areas of program development and logistics. Program development may include, but is not limited to, serving as a registrar, coordinating or providing program materials, developing timelines and agendas, providing sample confirmation letters, assisting your organization to create efficient meeting processes, including the conference approval request process, and providing on-site technical assistance for in-person and virtual events (Zoom Meeting platform is available through TA2TA). Meeting planners are available to offer technical assistance on the logistical tasks related to a meeting, which include researching potential meeting locations to meet your needs, providing assistance with completing conference reporting forms, and providing sample checklists and forms.
