Improving Interstate Civil Legal Assistance for Domestic Violence Survivors Project
This project provides training and technical assistance to attorneys, legal advocates, and judges on interstate civil legal matters, including interstate custody, interstate enforcement of protection orders, and jurisdictional issues in divorce proceedings in the context of domestic violence cases.
