DESCRIPTION:Nearly half of stalking offenders are current or former intimat
 e partners. While all stalkers can be dangerous\, intimate partner stalker
 s are\, on average\, the most threatening and violent towards their victim
 s. Whether perpetrated during and/or after an abusive relationship\, intim
 ate partner stalking can be a form of coercive control and brings its own 
 risk factors and safety planning considerations. In honor of Domestic Viol
 ence Awareness Month (DVAM)\, SPARC (the Stalking Prevention\, Awareness\,
  &amp\; Resource Center) will provide this webinar to focus on recognizing
  and responding to intimate partner stalking.
