 comprehensive written explanation of rights and options be provided immedi
 ately to victims of dating violence\, domestic violence\, sexual assault\,
  and stalking (DVSAS)\, regardless of whether the event took place on or o
 ff campus. When a student or employee discloses an experience of DVSAS\, t
 he institution's initial response is a pivotal starting point in connectin
 g survivors to systems of support. This webinar will guide attendees throu
 gh the requirements of the written notification with a focus on creating a
  resource that builds trust and reduces re-victimization. Attendees will l
 eave with practical steps for creating and implementing an efficient writt
 en notification process that is both compliant and ensures survivors recei
