DESCRIPTION:We will be kicking off 2026 with a new Inspired Boost on a high
 ly anticipated topic!\n\nWorking in visitation and safe exchange settings 
 means holding space for families navigating deep trauma and high-stress si
 tuations. This session offers a focused\, supportive look at the dynamics 
 that often shape those moments.\n\nThis presentation will provide visitati
 on and safe exchange program staff with a trauma-informed lens to observe 
 the intersection between domestic violence and mental health dynamics with
 in the supervised visitation/safe exchange environment. We’ll focus on r
 eframing survivor behaviors\, spotting subtle coercion tactics\, recognizi
 ng when mental health is being weaponized\, and identifying signs of distr
 ess in children.\n\nJoin us as we build a shared understanding of these dy
 namics and strengthen our collective ability to support families with clar
 ity and compassion.
