SUMMARY:Building Collaborative Responses to Trafficking Victims of Domestic
  and Sexual Assault Institute
DESCRIPTION:Multidisciplinary teams are invited to participate in the Build
 ing Collaborative Responses to Trafficking Victims of Domestic Violence an
 d Sexual Assault Institute. The Institute will focus on improving collabor
 ative responses to address the complex needs of domestic violence and sexu
 al assault survivors who have also experienced human trafficking. Particip
 ants will build skills to identify\, assist\, and ensure the safety for su
 rvivors. Exchange innovative solutions and strengthen coordination. Enhanc
 e survivor centered support services through collaboration. Who is invited
  to participate? Multidisciplinary teams (teams of 2 – 3) comprised of d
 ifferent organizations which may include but are not limited to: domestic 
 violence/sexual assault program staff\, healthcare staff\, attorneys/legal
  experts\, law enforcement\, anti-human trafficking programs\, and task fo
 rce members\, and other community-based programs. It is recommended that t
 eam members have at least 1 – 2 years of anti-HT experience. At least on
 e team member needs to represent a domestic violence/sexual assault organi
 zation. A limited number of travel scholarships are available for STOP gra
